Mobile Gadgets: Amazon Kindle 2 - Case or Bag

Published by debcook under technology Edit This

kindle-2-casecrown-case.jpgIf you own an Amazon Kindle 2 you will want a bag or case to carry it in. That large screen needs to be protected. That said – there are a lot of choices. Do you want a case, a cover or a bag?

Personally I prefer the bags. Each one has multiple pockets that can accommodate other gadgets as well. The bags are small enough to tuck inside of a larger bag or can be carried on their own. Each one has optional shoulder straps and the Kindle 2 Multi-Pocket Messenger Bag from Geno includes tuck-away fanny pack straps.

If you prefer a portfolio case for your Kindle 2 there is also many choices. Neoprene, vinyl or leather all protect while keeping your Kindle 2 at your fingertips. There are casual styles such as the CaseCrown Double Memory Foam Thin Case for the Amazon Kindle 2 (from Amazon as pictured above). If you need a more tailored look there is the Cole Haan Hand-Stained Pebble Grain Leather Cover for the Kindle 2.

Whichever case or bag you choose, take your lifestyle into consideration. I carry several gadgets with me each day so I need a multi-purpose bag. If you want to be streamlined and you believe that less is more than a portfolio case may be for you.

To all of you Kindle 2 owners – which do you use – case or bag?
