Mobile Gadgets: Kyocera Neo E1100 little black flip phone

Published by debcook under technology Edit This

kyocera Neo 1100Kyocera Neo 1100A friend showed me her new Kyocera Neo E1100 cell phone today. My first impression was that it was really shiny and the blue stripe made it look futuristic. At first glance I expected it to open from the side with a tiny keyboard inside but surprisingly it turned out to be an ordinary flip phone.

I asked about favorite features that stood out to her.

• First she showed me the time and date display. It only stays on for a second or two but with a quick push of the (1.3) digital camera button it lights up again – no need to open the phone.
• The large 2+” screen looked great with her chosen wall paper.
• MP3 Ringtones make you want to hear the phone ring.
• Quick notes are handy and can be made on the “memo Pad”.
• The GPS will come in handy when traveling across town or across the country.
• Bluetooth and voice recognition will keep this phone legal and will make driving safer.
• The multitudes of communication options will keep her busy for a long time.

When she tires of wiping her finger prints off the shiny surface I am sure that I will hear of other cool features that the Kyocera Neo offers.
