Mobile Gadgets: Diary on a stick

Published by debcook at 8:17 pm under technology Edit This

Children love writing their secret thoughts into a diary or on a social networking website. Both are not as safe as parents would like them to be. It is difficult to convince young ones that their friends are not the only ones that will see what they write.

There is a solution. A USB flash drive that is preloaded with software called “Secret Diary Portable Electronic Journal” provides a safe place to record the deepest secrets. No one can snoop unless they have the private pin and password. If the wrong pin and password is entered the drive shuts down and cannot be accessed. I saw this gadget on QVC for $55.

If you need to make more advanced diary entries (not as private) there is a solution for you as well. The “Advanced Diary 1.3” software can be loaded onto a USB flash drive making it portable. Multiple diaries and multiple diary entries are supported. Entries can easily be accessed with a click of a mouse. This diary software is a free download that can be installed on your own USB flash drive.
