Mobile Gadgets - LeapFrog Crammer learning for 3rd to 8th grade students

Published by debcook under technology Edit This

Some mobile gadgets are kid size. The LeapFrog Crammer is study device that helps kids learn while having a little fun too. The Crammer is an MP3 player as well as a quiz device for subjects that include:

· Math
· Science
· Social Studies
· Language Arts

The internal 1GB storage is plenty for lots of MP3s, thousands of flash cards and quiz questions. It will never become outdated because free downloads from the LeapFrog website are included in the $60 price tag.

The LeapFrog Crammer is designed for 3rd to 8th graders (8 to 14 years). In addition to the children I think that parents could benefit. Parents are given the job to help their kids study so what if they do not know the subject matter very well. (For those that need it - there is a Spanish translator built in) Now they can quiz the kids out load and can learn something themselves in the process.

The Crammer has a 2.5” screen (pretty small in my opinion) that functions by clicking the icons. No keyboard or stylus is necessary so using it as a mobile device is easy.
